What Are Family Workshops?

Our workshops are interactive group sessions designed for families raising neurodivergent children. They combine education, skill-building, and community connection in a safe, judgment-free space.

Workshop Format

Workshops are offered both in-person and virtually, depending on the topic and participant needs. Most workshops are:

  • 2-3 hours in length
  • Limited to small groups (8-12 families) for personalized attention
  • Interactive with hands-on activities and discussion
  • Sensory-friendly with breaks and accommodations
  • Inclusive of all family members when appropriate
