What to Expect:
A safe space for parents navigating life after diagnosis.
Parenting an autistic child reshapes everything - your routines, your nervous system, your relationships, and sometimes even your sense of identity.
This support circle was created for parents who need a space to:
-
Speak openly without judgment
-
Feel understood without having to over-explain
-
Process the emotional weight that comes with advocacy
-
Connect with other parents who truly get it
Whether your child was recently diagnosed or you’ve been navigating this journey for years, you deserve support too.
This is not a clinical lecture or a behavior-based training session.
This is a guided, trauma-informed space for reflection, validation, and community.
Inside each session, we will:
• Share lived experiences
• Discuss common challenges (school, meltdowns, sensory overwhelm, burnout)
• Learn nervous system regulation tools for parents
• Hold space for both grief and growth
You do not need to have it all figured out.
You just need to show up.
Details:
• Hosted virtually via Microsoft Teams
• Link provided after registration
• Cameras optional
• Limited spots to keep the space intimate and safe
This group is rooted in advocacy, lived experience, and professional insight — blending both personal and behavioral health knowledge to create a space that feels real and supportive.
You are not alone in this.
